In September 2020, LVX Global acquired Vossloh-Schwabe's Outdoor lighting management
systems business through its Frankfurt-based subsidiary LVX Global (Deutschland) GmbH.

With the acquisition, LVX Global has taken over global distribution of all network-capable
 narrowband powerline (NB-PLC) and high-definition powerline (HD-PLC) products.

The product range includes luminaire controllers, edge-controllers with corresponding software,
as well as sensors and accessories to control lighting systems efficiently and according to demand.
